Now this is a serious starter kit

This is a popular starter kit, in fact right now it is the most popular kit I sell. it's ported to the 864 Platform, giving you 64 zones to play with and you get the Liquid Crystal Keypad also, a serious keypad, for a serious panel. Usually this keypad goes at the front door. You might want to sub it with the new PowerSeries LCD Keypad PK5500Z these keypads have a 'zone' builtin to the keypad, which is usually connected to the front door contact, saving you a cable run back to the alarm panel, however the new PK krypads can be configured for either input or output or as a low temp sensor, about the same price. The kit, like the others, contains everything you need to get up and running, other than the wire to connect everything together. You can modify this kit to your specific requirements, add a contact, add a motion. What you may wish to consider is to upgrade the battery to something a little more substantial: RB712, as the battery in these pre-defined kits is a minimal configuration. The door window stickers are also available in French. I get a lot of questions about the line seizure jack and what it's for. Well the idea is that you run your phone lines into the alarm panel from the street via this little jack and then back out to your internal phone system. If you happen to be on the phone and the alarms trips, the panel siezes the phone line, which cuts you off and dials out. Nifty little item
