You can modify this kit to your specific requirements, add a contact, add a motion. What you may wish to consider is to upgrade the battery to something a little more substantial: RB712, as the battery in these pre-defined kits is a minimal configuration. The door window stickers are also available in French. I get a lot of questions about the line seizure jack and what it's for. Well the idea is that you run your phone lines into the alarm panel from the street via this little jack and then back out to your internal phone system. If you happen to be on the phone and the alarms trips, the panel siezes the phone line, which cuts you off and dials out. Nifty little item
