Not really sure what this puppy does, but it looks like it shoots                                                                                                                                       
noise on the line to ground, above and below the 120KHz X10 range.                                                                                                                                      
This is mounted inbetween the load and the module, bridging hot to                                                                                                                                      
neutral. It has no rating, so could be used on loads above the 20A                                                                                                                                      
XPF restriction. It looks like it may be a spike protector, that I                                                                                                                                      
will accept, not sure whay you block above and below and let the noise                                                                                                                                  
through only in the X10 band. Maybe it does this to knock your house
