the bottom line is that the unit works. The unit is a heater. You turn                                                                                                                                  
it on via an appliance module, it heats up. You mount it below your                                                                                                                                     
existing thermostat, the heat rises, creating for example 5 degrees of                                                                                                                                  
setback, turn the unit off, temperture setback is cancelled. Very                                                                                                                                       
simple unit. Use rverse logic for air conditioning. Very effective                                                                                                                                      
unit, cream colour. When mounted correctly it looks and works great.
