This is quite the little add-on card. It allows you to dial in to the                                                                                                                                   
alarm panel and with a password access the panel. The unit talks back                                                                                                                                   
to you and you talk to it via the keypad on your phone. Can arm,                                                                                                                                        
disarm, bypass zones, do whatever you want. With the TC option you                                                                                                                                      
can now control the heating cooling system visa the phone. Unit also                                                                                                                                    
has X10 transmission capability. requires a PL513 or equivalent. Great                                                                                                                                  
unit for the price. Totally changes the function of the alarm panel.
