SHIPPING All shipments are insured against damage or loss, unless specifically notified by you to ship uninsured and without a tracking number. It is your responsibility to inform us of any shipping damage or missing items within 36 hours of receiving the package. Notification beyond 36 hours may result in the claim being denied. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS/UNDELIVERABLE S Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to us by the courier will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of freight in/out. Special orders can not be refunded.
