All Product is shipped new, unopenned, from the manufacturer. We purchase from the manufacturers. It all has a warranty, which varies from product line to product line

The failure rate on this product is not as high as you think it is. An installer will blame the switch before they admit they have no idea whats going on. Alarm panels and security products essentially have no failure rate. X10 based products hover around 1%, down from 3% a few years ago. If you purchase a box of devices and they don't work, think of this: The odds of pulling a dead switch out of a box is 1 in a hundred, the odds of pulling a second dead switch out of the same box is 1*100*100 = 10,000. Amazing. So the odds are on that you may have some silliness at your site ?

Write down what you require, with the relative information and Fax it off to us.
Send a cheque in the correct amount, with relative details. Allow 5 business days for the cheque to clear unless you have already established business with us.
